What is KeepUpTime?
KeepUpTime is a website monitoring service. It checks your websites, servers and scheduled jobs around the clock and alerts you by email, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord or Microsoft Teams when something stops working.
How quickly will I know a website is down?
Checks run every 10 minutes on Basic, every 5 minutes on Premium, and every minute on Pro and Business. An incident is confirmed after two failed checks in a row, so you normally hear about a real outage within one to two check intervals.
Do I need to keep the dashboard open?
No. Monitoring runs on our servers in the background, day and night. You only need the dashboard to change settings or look at history.
Can I monitor any website?
You can monitor websites you own or have permission to monitor. You prove ownership once per domain with a DNS record, a file, an HTML file or a meta tag.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan offers an optional 3-day free trial. A card or PayPal account is needed at checkout and nothing is charged during the trial. A renewing subscription starts when it ends unless you cancel first.
How much does it cost?
Basic is $15 a month for 2 monitors, Premium $25 for 5, Pro $40 for 10 and Business $65 for 50. Pay yearly and it is $75, $100, $110 or $150 a year. Choose plan is a one-time payment that does not renew.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. If you are not happy you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge. See the refund policy for details.
What happens when I cancel?
A one-time plan needs no cancelling, because it ends by itself. For a subscription started from a free trial, cancelling stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Do you check from more than one country?
Scheduled checks run from our main monitoring region. You can also measure response time from up to 20 countries on the monitor page to see how fast your site is around the world.
