Add your first monitor
Verify your email, select an available subscription, and open Monitors → Add monitor. Enter a name and public URL. Keep the default timeout unless you have a reason to change it.
Verify your domain
The monitor detail page shows the exact TXT name and value, or the HTTPS verification-file location. Publish one proof and select Verify domain. DNS propagation can take time. Keep the proof available for periodic rechecks.
Set up alerts
Open Notifications and add your verified account email. For Telegram, start the configured bot first, enter your chat ID, and confirm the challenge. For a webhook, receive the challenge at your HTTPS endpoint and enter its token.
Why is a result unknown?
A monitor may be unverified, paused, outside its paid period, or missing recent observations. Check its last attempted time. Unknown does not mean the website is down.
Cancel or switch plans
Open Billing to stop future renewals. Paid access remains through the verified paid-through date. Switching schedules a new checkout after the current paid term ends; it does not create overlapping charges.
Need help or a refund review?
Signed-in customers can create a tracked support or refund request in Settings → Support. The operator must configure and staff a public support email before launch.
