Privacy policy
Editable operator template. The actual controller, jurisdiction, processors, and retention periods require review before launch.
Data processed
The service processes account names, email addresses, password hashes, session information, organization memberships, monitor URLs and hostnames, check results, notification destinations, provider identifiers, and billing records. Raw payment card data is handled by the payment provider.
Purpose and disclosure
Data supports authentication, authorized monitoring, notifications, billing, fraud and abuse prevention, support, and operational auditing. Configured infrastructure, email, and payment providers process relevant data for those purposes. A public status page exposes only the fields its owner elects to publish.
Retention
Detailed check retention follows the configured plan, typically 30 or 90 days. Pro includes up to 12 months of aggregated history. Financial and administrative records may require separate retention. The operator must set legally appropriate financial, audit, backup, and account retention periods before launch.
Exports and deletion
Organization owners can download a bounded export and request service-data deletion after stopping renewal. Administrators process requests with a retention review. An individual account may be deleted once organization ownership and remaining obligations are resolved.
Cookies and rights
Session and security cookies support account access. This implementation does not enable marketing tracking by default. The operator must provide a working privacy contact and document applicable access, correction, objection, and complaint rights. No automatic regulatory compliance is claimed.
