Delivery visibility
Notifications use a durable delivery queue with bounded retries and failure records. Email acceptance by the provider is not a guarantee of inbox delivery. Delivery failures are visible to administrators.
Maintenance and escalation
Scheduled maintenance suppresses incident notifications. Noncritical messages can respect quiet hours in your timezone. Pro organizations can configure escalation to an enabled, verified channel.
