Service and operator
These terms govern the website monitoring service offered under the configured brand. Before accepting customers, the operator must identify its legal name, address, registration details where required, and support contact. No placeholder operator identity should be treated as established fact.
Accounts and authorization
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for your organization’s users. You may monitor only sites you own or have permission to monitor. Domain verification and network restrictions help enforce that requirement.
Subscriptions and renewal
The total price, billing duration, applicable taxes, and recurring nature of a subscription are disclosed before purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew every selected 1, 3, 6, or 12 months unless canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal and ordinarily preserves the verified paid term.
Service limits
Monitoring is based on periodic observations from the deployed region. Detection is not instantaneous. Network failures, worker interruptions, email delivery delays, maintenance, and missing observations can affect the service. No uptime or detection-time guarantee is made by this template.
Suspension and termination
The operator may suspend unauthorized scanning, abusive use, unpaid service, or compromised accounts. Financial reversals or disputes may restrict entitlement. Data deletion follows the documented workflow and applicable retention obligations.
Legal review required
The operator must review liability limits, consumer rights, governing law, dispute resolution, changes to terms, and tax obligations with qualified advisers. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
